It may be a new vehicle, but the finish is far from perfect. After a thorough wash, we are looking for defects like dirt in the paint, swirls from improper washing, marring from factory to dealer delivery. Some vehicles sit for a couple months or travel overseas by ship before arriving at the dealership and a lot can happen in that time.

INTERIOR
Complete & Total Interior Reset
Automotive interior cleaning is nothing like cleaning a home. Vehicle surfaces take on regular abuse in a confined space where food is spilled, shoes kick door panels and scuff them, sweat, grime and oils attach themselves to steering wheels and shifters. When it's 90 outside, the interior can be 110 and all the grime, oils and odors get baked into the surfaces.
