The most important part to maintaining your vehicle begins with a proper wash.
Touch-less washes are convenient & quick but do they really get your car clean. It is a good choice in an emergency.
Soft-touch or brush washes while they do clean better than a touch-less wash, they are quite aggressive to your finish. Leaving minor scratches (marrying, swirls) that over time, become quite noticeable. In the end a soft-touch car wash does more harm than good.
Hand Wash while any form of washing may cause harm, hand washing while done properly is the better choice in maintaining your vehicles appearance. We utilize a two bucket method with grit guards (one bucket for lite initial wash, second bucket for a deeper wash). This method allows us to rinse our wash mitts more often & the grit guards help to trap the debris below rinsing our mitts more thoroughly. We choose to use a sealant during the drying process with all our wash services because it adds lubricity to the paint to glide the drying towel. Thus helping to prevent unwanted marrying/swirls.
